I've set up this blog to chart my progress as I sew out the patterns I have created for the digital embroidery machine. I've been working on the patterns for the past 6 months and am now at the stage of pulling it all together and sewing onto the final piece. It measures 64" x 51" approximately and it is to be exhibited in The Lighthouse Gallery, Glasgow, from 26th May till 4th June - and I just can't wait to see it up on the big wall!

First Root finished
Well, that's the first part of the roots finished - on to part 2...
BTW it is now 11.40am - it has taken since 6.45am - 5 hours to sew one piece!
